however they accept only video file. so if inside folder there is non video file and we use "do not compress" option. will TC give error and skip upload if TC cannot upload to non video file extension, like .nfo, .html etc

If you don't want to use priority request yourself try to contact host owners.
They might want to use priority add themselves since they will get more revenue.

The program is used by a lot of people use and they would get more uploaders who will share their links and generate more income.

However they might not be interested and then you can still use the priority add yourself.
